Fees

Sell Side QBs recognizes no two clients are alike so we craft a fee schedule to fit each client’s situation based on the state of your company's reporting systems and records, transaction size and Complexity of the transaction. Typically our fees include three components:

1) Pass Through Fees - these are fees for 3rd party services required to sell your company. Common pass through fees include valuation benchmark data access, a virtual data room facility which is used to hold your data in a secure, encrypted environment with strict access controls and advertising costs. In all cases you are involved in the decision to use these services.

2) Consulting fees - typically consulting fees are agreed at the beginning of an engagement as fixed fees for for achieving specific milestones based on mutually agreed deliverables. A portion of these fixed fees are offset against the success fee at closing.

3) Success Fee - We don't get paid a success fee unless the company is sold. The success fee is a percentage of the sale price which ensures Sell Side Quarterbacks are aligned with company owners to achieve the best price possible. Sell Side QBs determine the success fee using the industry standard Lehman formula which involves a sliding scale starting with the percentage decreasing as the sale price increases.
