What is a Virtual Data Room?

A secure, encrypted data room is critical to keep sensitive information about your company, customers, products, legal and financial documents secure. Sell Side QB uses the virtual data room to organize, store and control access to your documents.

Why is it important to you?

The virtual data room gives us the ability to control who sees which documents, whether they can download or just view the document and a host of other features important to the dynamics of supplying sensitive information to potential buyers at the right time without exposing too much too early in the process.
