Bruce has held area management positions with Reuters Holdings, PLC in the US and UK with P&L responsibility for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. As SVP, Reuters NorAm Region, Bruce negotiated the acquisition of Schwartzatron, an innovative market leader in derivative analytics. In addition to negotiating the acquisition, he managed the due diligence and integration process. In his role as a senior executive with Reuters in London he led an acquisition strategy in London to acquire Hempstead Financial Publishing, negotiating the terms of the acquisition and managing the due diligence and post acquisition integration process.
As COO of Socrates Media, Bruce managed the acquisition process of predecessor company MadeEZ directing the workflow of RMJ McGladrey and Greenberg, Traurig while personally managing the negotiations and due diligence workflow.
Prior to joining RJM, Bruce developed an acquisition strategy for German publisher Forum Media Group GmbH identifying US publishers and negotiating/executing 2 beachhead North American acquisitions.
Bruce earned a BA in Economics from Michigan State University Honors College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance, Accounting and Operations Research. Bruce participated in the M&A Leadership Council’s seminar on The Art of M&A Due Diligence.

Michael Baker, CPA - Director Financial Data Integrity
Michael Baker has a wealth of experience helping organizations translate their
business goals to reality. Michael was previously a Partner Executive with Sage
Intacct, Assistant Vice President- Revenue Management with Marsh Clearsight - a
software division of Marsh McLennan and a Director, Financial and Market Analysis
focused on the consumer business sector with Deloitte Consulting. Michael received
his received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Indiana University and an
MBA-Finance degree from Loyola University of Chicago and also possesses a CPA
certification.
